Apex Staffing Resources, LLC. collects personal information from candidates and employees in order to provide you with our services as an employer, either directly or on behalf of our customers. By submitting your data to Apex Staffing Resources, either directly or indirectly (e.g., through third-party job boards/websites), you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
Apex Staffing Resources believes you have a right to privacy and the ability to control how your personal information is used and shared. It is Apex Staffing Resources’ policy to only use your personal information as required to deliver our services as an employer and to satisfy legitimate third-party requests. Your personal information is only shared within the company on a need-to-know basis. Information may be shared with our customers and their agents, as required to provide you with our services. Otherwise, your data may only be shared with third parties with your consent, except under limited circumstances (e.g., employment verifications) or when required by law. When possible, personal information for required reporting purposes will be provided in aggregate and in such a manner that it may not be traced to any specific individual. Apex Staffing Resources does not sell employee information to third parties under any circumstances.
We may share text messages (SMS) with you regarding the status of services. We may inform our employees, job applicants, and potential customers about various recruitment steps, including but not limited to: checking availability for specific positions, scheduling job interviews, sending interview reminder, providing interview feedback, notifying selection for job opportunities, sharing information about employee benefits and packages, coordinating the onboarding process, conducting background checks, handling HR documentation, verifying references, managing pre-employment requirements, following up on equipment needs (such as laptops or computer systems), coordinating training sessions, ensuring compliance with audit reports, sending notifications regarding salary and leave, managing periodic timesheets and salary-related inquiries, addressing post-employment benefits, updating on project statuses, technical, or billing issues, conducting surveys or gathering feedback, offering customer support, and inviting subscribers to attend our business or technical presentations. You can unsubscribe to the SMS at any time by responding with “STOP” to the text message (SMS) you may have received from us. Text messages (SMS) and data rates may be applicable based on your carrier. You can contact your phone service provider to get advice regarding SMS or data plan. The message (SMS) frequency varies based on the status of services. Carriers are not liable for the delayed or undelivered messages. We may update, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions or changes will be effective at any time without any notice. You agree to periodically review these (Company’s) Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Continuing to receive messages (SMS) from us will indicate your acceptance of these changes. By admitting the SMS Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the content of the SMS.
When third parties request information regarding a current or former candidate or employee, Apex Staffing Resources requires the request to be in writing. Verbal requests for information will not be honored. Additionally, Apex Staffing Resources requires that the requestor have written consent from the person for whom they are requesting information. Without written consent, no information will be released.
Apex Staffing Resources only shares select information with non-government requestors. For employment verifications, only the employee’s full name, dates of employment, and job title will be released. Apex Staffing Resources may provide banking authorities with salary information for authorized purposes (e.g., in support of a loan application). No other information will be released to outside organizations unless express written consent is given by the employee or candidate.
Apex Staffing Resources complies with all government requests for data concerning current or former employees or candidates, as required by law. This data may include salary, job location, job performance, reason for separation from the company, and eligibility for rehire. Apex Staffing Resources may also confirm the following employee information: social security number, date of birth, address history, work location, and direct deposit availability.
Once submitted, Apex Staffing Resources may be legally bound to retain your personal information for a statutorily mandated period of time. Outside of such legal requirements to hold your personal information, it is Apex Staffing Resources policy to comply with any requests to delete personal information from our systems. Such requests must be made in writing by the individual whose data is to be deleted. Apex Staffing Resources will make every reasonable effort to comply with your request to delete information in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee any timeframe nor 100% removal from our systems. Any request to remove personal information from Apex Staffing Resources systems or revocation of consent to share data for specified purposes may affect our ability to provide you with our services as an employer. Absent any specific request to delete data, personal information will be held until no longer needed, as per Apex Staffing Resources’ data retention policy.
